Sunday in Trinidad, on the eve of their last friendly match before the triangular counting for the 2017 Gold Cup, the Grenadiers were joined by the goalkeeper Guerry Romondt, the recent national champion with FICA, who reached the base camp of Grenadiers at the "The Normandie Hotel" on the night from 1 December to 1 January; what now brings to 16 the number of players present.

Central defender Andrew Jean Baptiste arrived on Sunday afternoon after the group left the Hotel. Sébastien Thurière will arrive on January 3, the presence of Sony Nordé is in the dead end because he accompanies his wife who has just given birth to a boy while Duckens Nazon may not be available for the first match against Suriname on 6 January.
