iciHaiti - Legislative Elections : The BCED West 1 constituted
On Monday, the Western Departmental Electoral Office (BED) West 1 conducted a random drawing of the judges to constitute the Departmental Electoral Litigation Office (BCED) for the West Department in order to deal with the challenges relating to the preliminary results of the complementary legislative elections and one third of the Senate.
The BCED is composed of: Claudy Sylfa Morisseau (Vice President of BED), of Judge Merlan Delabre and Me Saint-Louis Michaud.
Recall that the West BCED must hear 3 challenge cases : 1 for the Senate with Dr. Louis Gérald Gilles (Lavalas) and 2 cases for the deputation with as complainants Patrick Severin and Luckson Janvier who compete for this position for the first constituency of Port-au-Prince.
