iciHaiti - Agriculture : Guide on the hygiene of manual milking of cows 12/12/2016 08:57:15 This Guide has been developed jointly by FAO, the Ministry of Agriculture and members of the milk supply chain consultation group in Haiti. This extension tool will be used, inter alia, to train milk producers on the hygiene of manual milking with a view to contributing to improving the food security of small-scale milk producers by increasing milk productivity. It also aims to guarantee the quality of the finished products of dairies and protect the health of consumers. IH/ iciHaiti
