iciHaiti - Health: Towards HIV/AIDS support in the workplace
The Association of Industries of Haiti (ADIH), together with BetterWork, is working on a sectoral policy for the HIV/AIDS prevention and support in the workplace.

In addition, ADIH, the Tripartite Commission for the Implementation of the HOPE Act (CTMO-HOPE) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) want to develop in partnership a "Handbook of procedures" for obtaining the electronic visa (EVIS), which would greatly facilitate the shipment of goods from the export sector.

Mr. Musa Rubin, a specialist sent by LEVE to help set up the Textile Service Centre, had a series of very fruitful meetings with industry members to define the mission, vision, objectives and strategy for implementing this Centre. A Consultative Council composed of the ADIH, the National Institute of Vocational Training (INFP), the National Company of Industrial Parks (SONAPI), BMST, CTMO / HOPE and two members of the sector will have a right to control over the operation of the Centre.
