iciHaiti - Education : Workshop on the Annual Operation Plan

This week Jean-Beauvois Dorsonne, the Minister of National Education, accompanied by his Director of Cabinet Eliccel Paul and Jackson Joseph, coordinator of the Directorate General, proceeded to the opening of the Annual Operating Plan (PAO) in the presence of the representatives of the different technical departments of the Ministry.
The Minister Dorsonne stressed the necessity and the importance of the PAO as strategic document of intervention framework to the technical directorates. He recalled that the PAO defined by each technical directorate should ultimately lead to an PAO for the Ministry.
The Minister encouraged the technical directorates to develop a PAO realistic, but not minimal, while having in the viewfinder the main lines of action of the Ministry : improving the quality of education; strengthening of governance; strengthening school offer and external efficiency of the system.
