Michel Ange Gédéon, Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) "[...] congratulates all the members of the police institution, all the ranks combined, who despite the precariousness of the logistical means and the difficult meteorological conditions and challenging, were able to carry out their duties with professionalism."
