iciHaiti - Social : Celebration of World Maritime Day
Sunday, September 25, on the public beach, coast of Arcadins will be celebrated the 3rd edition of the World Maritime Day, around the theme this year "Shipping indispensable to the world". The Directorate of Maritime Service and Navigation of Haiti (SEMANAH) invites all stakeholders involved in maritime sectors and all the people of the sea in the event.

Ahead of the celebration, a panel discussion will take place at Le Plaza hotel, Champ-de-Mars, Friday, September 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The theme chosen will focus on the importance of shipping across the world. When you consider the huge traffic jams caused by the narrowness of the road leading to Carrefour and which gives access to four departments, why not encourage ship operators to return with "Taksi sou Dlo" wonders Eric Prévost Junior, the Director General of SEMANAH that relies on your participation in large numbers.

Recall that since Monday the SEMANAH present a public exhibition on the trades of the sea, in its central office at the corner of streets Louverture and Biassou in Delmas 31, who aims students and university students to encourage them to move towards the various trades of the sea.
