Wilson Fievre, the Director of the National Identification Office (ONI), informed that the authentication of National Identification Cards (CIN) had become a permanent activity specifying that authentication is not a validation but a purification, the ONI should ensure that the card is used by the real owner. According to Wilson Fievre, 376,000 CIN will be distributed by 22 September. IH/ iciHaiti
