The organizing committee of the Miss Haiti 2016 competition, has released the names of 12 finalists chosen among the 20 candidates shortlisted https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-18131-haiti-social-miss-haiti-the-20-selected.html

The selection criteria of Top 6 for the final of Miss Haiti 2016 were a combination of Facebook and Instagram votes plus a note allocated behind the scenes on the attitude, discipline, respect and manners.

Top 6 of finalists : Sarah Charles, Kensley Derosier, Cassandre Joseph, Raquel Pélissier, Pierrier Canaelle Toussaint and Rose Armelle Williams.

Then the remaining 14 candidates responded to questions from the jury, which were able to note the answers and select 6 finalists.

The 6 other qualified candidates : Marcella Beauvil, Rose Olga Bélizaire, Danourah Bien-Aimé, Edith Elbrena, Dorothy Jan and Suzana Sampeur.
