The restaurant of NH Haiti El Rancho (Petion-ville) received in its premises, a sanitary certification of the international company "Cristal International Standards", becoming the first restaurant to receive this certification in the country, this certification "Food check" demonstrates the hotel's hygiene standard in food safety, purchase of products until the table.

"I am proud of this hygienic certification received by the El Rancho," exclaimed the Minister of Tourism, Mr. Guy Didier Hyppolite, in the circumstances. "I consider this victory as that of the country in general and tourism in particular. I salute the priceless work of Mr. José García Lima, the General Manager of NH El Rancho, and his devotion to the cause of tourism. I congratulate the various responsibles and employees of this hotel, which for a year, underwent the rigorous controls of the international company Crystal International Standards."

"All hotels internationally wish to have this certification [...] When our US customers, Canadian or European arrive here, they will be confident in a hotel that has accomplished all the sanitary objectives that may exist in any hotel in the world," indicated José García Lima, general manager of NH Haiti El Rancho.

The Minister Hyppolite ook the opportunity to issue a recognition award at the NH El Rancho for its ontribution to tourism development in Haiti. "This symbol is given to you today is the recognition of your talent, your leadership, your love for work well done and your determination to be successful. We encourage all operators to improve a little each day their service in gastronomic terms, with the ultimate goal to improve our tourist offer in general and accommodate an increasing number of tourists every year."
