The Consulate of the Republic of Haiti in Orlando informs that the Section of incarceration and deportation went to the prison of Hillsborough (Tampa) to visit Rubens Des Sources, a Haitian national, aged 20, residing in Georgia Atlanta, charged with theft. According to the defense lawyer, Mr. Des Sources is expected to appear in court Thursday, July 14, 2016. IH/ iciHaiti
