Thursday at the Hotel Montana, at an artistic ceremony and formal State authorities commemorated the World Day of Public Service, during which the laureates "Public servants of the Year 2016" chosen by their respective ministries, have marched moved to receive their plaque of honor, a time both friendly and symbolic.
