Lénor Julien, the members of the municipal cartel of Petit-Goâve (Jean Samson Limongy, Délord Desgranges, Marie Raymonde Mainviel) those of municipal cartel of Grand-Goâve (Maxo Pinchinat, Jean René Jacob, Yvrose Desnoyer) and those of the municipal cartel of Léogâne (Mauclaire Désir, Marie Préda Saint-Fort and Serge Gérôme), respectively sworn in as mayor in the presence of their supporters and sympathizers, the police commissioner, Jacques Ader, the deputy of Petit-Goâve, Alexandre Germain Fils and that of Léogâne, he President of the Order of Lawyers of Petit-Goâve, Me Alcide Laguerre, of members of the press, radio and television... Speaking on the occasion, the holders mayors of Léogâne and Grand-Goâve promised to do everything possible to properly administer their respective commune and to provide services to the population. As for Limongy Samson Jean, mayor of Petit-Goâve, he pledged to fight against vagrancy, to restore public order, to regularly collect garbage, to enforce the established authorities and citizens...
