iciHaiti - Politic : Review workshop of two decrees 03/06/2016 09:53:08
These decrees accused major difficulties in the context of their application by various public institutions of the Central Administration of the State,which sometimes hinders the coherence of their actions and subsequently the provision of public services adapted to citizens. After those two days, the Primature, together with the OMRH, will set up a working group to develop, on the basis of remarks produced, two preliminary draft law amending the decrees objects of this workshop. The Office of Citizen Protection (OPC) participated in this workshop and was represented by a delegation consisting of the Director General Mr. Frantz Charles de Honnet, of Director of Promotion of Human Rights Mr. Jude Jn. Pierre, of the Coordinator of the URES, Me Marie Josée Louismé, of Director of the Protection of Human Rights Me Amoce Augustus. IH/ iciHaiti
