iciHaïti - Training : First Haitian graduate in West Point for over 20 years

The last weekend, was held the graduation ceremony of the Haitian cadet Pascal A. Brun at the Military Academy at West Point. He made West Point history as the first international cadet to graduate Brigade S-1 (Personnel) Adjutant General. It has been over 20 years since a Haitian has graduated from West Point.
Note that the Prime Minister Enex Jean Charles has signed a MOA between Haiti and the United States that will allow Pascal and other cadets to return to Haiti and serve in the Haitian National Police and/or Coast Guard for at least 5 years. Pascal and future cadets will join the police with the rank of inspector principal (1st LT equivalent).
