Monday, Pelegrín Castillo, the dominican presidential candidate under the banner "National Progressive Force" (FNP) has defended his proposal to build a wall in the border area separating the two countries on the island to fight against illegal migration of Haitians on Dominican soil "We need a border development policy, which is complemented by the construction of the border wall.
