The module deals with the international classification of disability, different types of disabilities and their causes, of factors to consider for the good reception of disabled people in hospitals, among others. Train and equip the resource persons of Nursing schools such as executives, teachers, directors; sensitize the nurses in the making on disability issues and on the prevention of disabilities; facilitate the acquisition of basic knowledge necessary for establishing an efficient and medico-social relationship and adequate care for disabled people in different health facilities in Haiti are the objectives of this module. A new stage in the process of building an inclusive Haitian society, respectful of human rights in general and the disabled in particular. IH/ iciHaiti
