This week Dithny Joan Raton, the Minister of Culture, met with the Haitian actor native of Cap-Haitien, Smoye Noisy, around the organization of the edition 2016 of "Stars Parade".

The actor Smoye Noisy stressed to the Minister Raton, that this socio-cultural event will allow to collect and showcase the great figures and the remarkable personalities of Haitian society in all fields: Art, Media, Sport, Education , Business, Public and private functions, etc... A platform for meetings, socializing, exchange, fraternity during the Carnival period.

"Stars Parade" is a podium, a showcase to promote each other through our talents, our skills, our resources, our influences, our potentialities. A space to exhibit the beauty, the creativity in conviviality and fraternity," on the Facebook page of the activity, the CEO of Caribbean Group, organizer of the event.
