iciHaiti - Diplomacy : Message from the President of Algeria to President Martelly

As part of the commemorative day of the 212 anniversary of the proclamation of Independence of the Republic of Haiti https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-16219-haiti-politic-ceremonies-of-the-212th-anniversary-of-the-proclamation-of-independence.html the President of the Republic of Algeria, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, sent a congratulatory message to the President of Haiti, Michel Martelly.
In his message President Bouteflika wrote "It's a great pleasure for me, when your country celebrates its National Day, to extend to you, on behalf of the people and the Algerian government and on my own behalf, our warmest congratulations and good wishes for health and well-being for yourself and more progress and prosperity at the friendly people of Haiti [...]" adding later "This is also an opportunity for me to express my full readiness to work with you at the strengthening of friendship and solidarity relationships for the benefit of our two peoples."
