iciHaïti - Economy : «Public investment in road infrastructure and electrical power»
This Thursday at the Hotel Montana, the Consultative Council of the Inter-American Development Bank (ConSOC), is organizing the 3rd edition of its annual event 2015, open to the public, on the theme "Public investment in road infrastructure and electrical power in Haiti : Lessons learned from the experiences of the Inter American Development Bank (IDB)".

Recall that the Advisory Council is a structure involving nearly twenty organizations of Haitian civil society and whose main mission is to contribute to the improvement of the effectiveness of support from the IDB and other cooperation agencies to the Government of Haiti, in terms of economic and social development of the country.

This 3rd Edition of ConSOC, proposes to taking forward the discussions on issues related to the theme chosen and contribute to the identification of durable solutions tracks.

"On this occasion, the IDB and ConSOC consider it appropriate to put at contribution the key stakeholders in order to exchange about practices and the accumulated experiences, identify strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations that could make a significant improvement to the situation as it is today."
