Participated in this working session: Patrick Durand, the Director General of the National Heritage Preservation Institute (ISPAN), representatives of the Technical Execution Unit and the Ministry of Economy and Finance (UTE / MEF), Pierre Michel Joassaint and Michael De Landsheere and technicians of the Ministry of Public Works, Allien Nicolas Darius and Chrysostome Marc-André.

The main components of the electrical refurbishment of the monument that were addressed include: exterior lighting of the site (Paths leading to the Citadelle); lighting of nearby houses; the lighting of the Choiseul area and lighting of Dondon-Milot.
