iciHaiti - Technology : Towards the modernization of the National Press

   As part of the implementation of the reform of public administration, the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH) launched an expert mission, aimed at modernizing the National Press. An assistance is provided by Thierry Reymbaut, an expert of the European Union, through the budgetary support program "State Building Contract" (SBC) in its component "Technical Assistance to the Government".  

The main objective of this mission is to achieve a feasibility study of online posting of the official newspaper "Le Moniteur" and its implementation.  

The online publication of Le Moniteur, is part of the reform strategy, aimed at promoting access to information at the national level and rapprochement of citizens with the public administration.  

Following this study, the National Press will be able to put online and with the level of security required, the articles of Le Moniteur for a wider audience.
