The three Syrians detainees in St. Maarten https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-15781-haiti-flash-3-presumed-syrian-coming-from-haiti-arrested-in-st-martin.html for having traveled with fake Greek passports, traveled from Europe and made stopovers in Brazil, the Dominican Republic and Haiti before entering the Dutch Caribbean island (St. Maarten).

Saturday, according to the report of the Office of the Prosecutor, the Syrians have been arrested on November 14 and are still under investigation. They have not applied for asylum, but officials do not believe that these Syrians are linked to terrorist groups.

Spokesman Norman Serphos said the three men arrived on a flight of the Insel Air from Haiti, but it is unclear where they were headed and no further details were available.
