Thursday, the police of Petit-Goâve arrested in the police statiuon of Petit-Goâve around 4:30 pm, René Frantzy (26) originating of Léogâne...

Frantzy had come to bring a plate of food for the prisoner Émile Daniel Alphonse. Unfortunately for him, when the check, the agent responsible for the checks uncovered that food contains multiple doses of marijuana hidden in flour dumplings and immediately put the young Léogânais in custody.

René Frantzy, has claimed his innocence accusing his cousin Raymond François of being behind this act "I knew nothing of this. It is Raymond François who sent me to bring this food to Émile Daniel Alphonse. I rendered him this service," declared tearful Frantzy to the press microphones.

It is the judge of Peace of the city, Me Jean Jude Leandre who prepared the minutes of the incident...
