iciHaiti - Diplomacy : The Dominican Chancellor hopes that Haiti will emerge strengthened from its elections
Andrés Navarro, Dominican Minister of Foreign Affairs hopes that Haiti will be able to maintain a climate of peace and quiet for the voter participation in Sunday's elections is a success, "We hope that Haiti will emerge strengthened from this democratic process," declared the Chancellor Navarro.
