iciHaiti - Tourism : Russian tourists under the sky of the Citadelle !

Tuesday, as part of multi-destination tourism advocated by Stéphanie Villedrouin, the Minister of Tourism, fifteen Russian tourists of the Voyage Travel Service agency arrived from Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) for a one-day excursion in the second city. They explored the Citadelle Henry, the Sans Souci Palace and the historic Downtown of Cap-Haitien. The delegation was led by Christina Blot, owner of the Tour Operator, Destination Hispaniola.
It was also an opportunity for those excursionists, to experience the North Gastronomy and visit and make purchases in crafts shops before leaving among others, with of Rhum Barbancourt...
"Tourism is the resource of Caribbean peoples," affirmed Denise Reyes Estrella, head of tourism promotion for Haiti in neighboring Republic.
