In a circular, the General Inspectorate of the Administration of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (IGAENFP) reminds administrative and teaching staff, especially inspectors and directors of public schools, that "in accordance with the requirements of the ministerial circular of December 2014 and the Laws in force in the matter, it is strictly forbidden to them to hold a position in a directorate of a private school or to own private school in addition to their function within the ministry."

The IGAENFP underlines that "this situation is likely to create a conflict of interest that affect the moral rigor, integrity of any civil servant and to undermine respect for the protection of the higher interests of the State."

The General Inspectorate finally recalls that "a period expiring on 1 October 2015 is awarded to any agent of the Ministry being in this situation to make a choice. After this time, the IGAENFP will draw the consequences of law and take appropriate measures against agents who decided not to inform the Ministry of their new directions and will publish, as appropriate, the list of concerned."
