iciHaiti - Education : NO to the «school of failure»

While nearly 3 million students have returned towards school Monday, September 7, Nesmy Manigat, the Minister of Education is striving to reform the education system, to fight against the huge problems faced by the educational system "Today, 10% of children, or about 400,000, will not go to school [...] And out of 100 children entering school this year, less than 10 will arrive at end of secondary school without repeating or abandoned," specifies the Minister who does not hesitate to make a harsh judgment face this observation, "it is a school of failure, a school that excludes," a situation to which reforms should end.
