iciHaiti - Politic : High tensions in the new communes of the Arcahaie and of Arcadins

Following the high tensions, the blocking of the National #1, and the violent protests by residents of new communes of the Arcahaie and of Arcadins (including Montrouis) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-14858-haiti-politic-5-new-communes-in-haiti.html which resulted in several injuries and one death so far; Ariel Henry, the Minister of Interior, when on site as a conciliator, in order to ollect the claims of the parties (seeking to makes return the Government on its decision) and also to assert the will of the Government to help find, without pressure, a satisfactory agreement for both communes.
The Minister Ariel Henry also explained to his interlocutors that the Government intended to take necessary measures to maintain the national road #1, always accessible to users.
