At the invitation of the General Directorate of the National Port Authority (APN), Yves Romain Bastien the Coordinator of the Public Enterprise Modernization Council (CMEP), accompanied by Mr. Alix Richard and the Engineer Jean Vilfort Eustache, two executives of the CMEP visited the construction site of the North Wharf of public facilities of international port of Port-au-Prince to observe closely the uniqueness and the significant advancement of this impressive site.

Before leaving, visitors clearly expressed their satisfaction and held rave about the engineer Alix Célestin, Director General of the APN, which according to them is making the difference by this gigantic achievement.
