iciHaiti - Reconstruction : Two important Dominicans construction sites, transferred to Taiwan
Wednesday on the sidelines of his visit to the construction sites of the building to house the courts of cassation https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-14104-haiti-reconstruction-the-new-court-of-cassation-completed-soon.html Yves Germain Joseph, Minister of Planning and External Cooperation, revealed that for 3 months the the completion of construction works of buildings of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Commerce, initiated 4 years ago by two Dominican companies ADOM and ROFI, had been entrusted to the Taiwanese firm OECC (oversease Engineering Construction Company) which also constructed the Court of Cassation.

According to the Minister, that transfer was necessary because of the slow pace of work by the Dominican firms, saying the construction sites of the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Commerce, should normally be completed within approximately 5 months, as promised before the end the mandate of President Martelly.
