he Justice and Peace Commission (JILAP) indicates in its latest report, that from January to March 2015, 232 people have been shot dead.
The Commission estimates that ""it is impossible for citizens to exercise their political rights in a climate of fear, disorder, violence and violation of the law," and alls on political parties and groups and candidates to refuse all practices and acts of violence aimed at take power otherwise than democratically through the ballot box.
