Elsa Baussan, the President responsible for the Coordination to the Organizing Committee of the XII edition of the Caribbean Festival of Arts (Carifesta 2015) https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-13852-icihaiti-culture-presentation-of-the-organizing-committee-of-carifesta-2015.html asserts that Haiti has the sufficient infrastructure to organize the shows https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-13447-haiti-culture-the-country-is-preparing-to-host-an-international-cultural-event.html and that all arrangements will be taken to make this important event a success.

The Haitian government will spend 300 million gourdes to organize this important festival which will host nearly 2,500 participants (artists and officials) from 19 countries of the region. Remember that this Festival will take place in the month of August, in the cities of Port-au-Prince, Cap Haitien, Les Cayes, Gonaives and Jacmel on the theme "Our roots, our culture and our common future".
