iciHaiti - Culture : Presentation of the Organizing Committee of Carifesta 2015

On Monday, Ms. Dithny Joan Raton, the Minister of Culture, has proceeded with the presentation of the members of the Organizing Committee of the Caribbean Festival of Arts (Carifesta) to be held in Haiti from 21 to 30 August 2015 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-13447-haiti-culture-the-country-is-preparing-to-host-an-international-cultural-event.html
The Presidential Order of March 16, 2015 mandates the following personalities to organize the event in Haiti :
Honorary President: Michel Joseph Martelly, President of the Republic;
Vice President of Honour: Ms. Joan Dithny Raton, Minister of Culture;
President in charge of Coordination: Ms. Elsa Baussan Noel;
Vice President of International Cooperation: Peterson Benjamin Noel;
General Secretary: Ms. Geneviève Louissaint;
Artistic responsible: Philippe Dodard;
Finance responsible: Jean Michel Lapin;
1st Communications Officer: Ms Emelie Prophet Milcé;
2nd Communication Officer: Ms Michèle B. Géhy;
Head of Protocol: Jean Claude Cénatus;
Responsible for the logistics of accommodation: Ms. Jessy Menos.
