Official handover of the keys of two Canter trucks in Jacmel

Saturday, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTIC), via Maryse Noël her Director General proceeded with handing over the keys of two Canter trucks, to the mayor of Jacmel, Adoni Noë and to the Departmental Directorate of Tourism South East. Both vehicles will come in strengthening of those already available in the city for garbage collection, one of the two trucks will be exclusively for the Historical Center of Jacmel.

Delivery of grant checks to BSEIPH

The Office of the Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (BSEIPH) recently delivered to 46 People with Disabilities grant checks. This initiative is part of the promotion of financial autonomy of people with special needs. These funds are taken from the public treasury and will help the beneficiaries living with different disabilities to meet certain health care needs, of tuition and rent, or allow them to develop or enhance income-generating activities.

The BHDA, meeting Creators

The Haitian Copyright Office (BHDA) continues to go towards the creators to register and collect their works. It will be from 15 to 16 April respectively to Jacmel (Polyvalente Hall of the Ministry of Culture of Jacmel) and 9 and 10 May in Gonaïves (Hotel Independence 2 Gonaives). Award of Prix maestria 2015

The Government Youth of Haiti (GHJ) awarded the Prix maestria 2015 to the teachers Pierre Douyon and Gérald Ulysse for the service rendered to the Haitian community in general and youth in particular. A distinction which honors all human action, generous and effective that they led throughout their working life and for all the good they have done in society.
