The project TOSTEM is an initiative of the Nantes Association "The Memory of the Rings", conducted in collaboration with four major partners including the Tourism Association of Haiti, African Slavery Memorial Society, Antigua and Barbuda, the Route of the Chefferies, Cameroon and The National Federation of Tourist Offices and Initiatives Unions of Senegal.
