Construction of two new bridges

Friday Duly Brutus, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Katsuyoshi Tamura, Chargé d'Affaires of Japan in Haiti, signed a grant agreement of 715.759 US dollars for the construction of two bridges in the communes of Croix-des-Bouquets and Cite Soleil.

Visit of works of the National School of Furcy

The Quality Control and Monitoring Unit of the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES), paid a visit to the site of the National School of Furcy to see the progress of works. The construction of this school, which will include 15 classrooms, is funded by the "Citizen First Bank" of Trinidad and Tobago and the Inter American Development Bank (IDB).

"Honor and Merit" to journalist Guyto Mathieu

Saturday on the sidelines of the installation of the new committee of the organization "Espoir des femmes", the journalist Guyto Mathieu of Préférence FM, received in gratitude, a certificate "Honor and Merit". In his speech, Mrs Kerlie Henry declared "Mr Mathieu,we award you the certificate, for the love you have in your heart for Petit-Goâve." Guyto Mathieu thanked "Espoir des femmes" as well as Mrs. Kerlie Henry for this recognition and wished success to the new Committee.
