Activities will resume Thursday, February 19 following the usual schedule. The Directorate General of MUPANAH wish a happy carnival time at all ! Schedule Consulates closure The Consulate General of the Republic of Haiti in Miami and Atlanta inform that they will be closed Monday, February 16, 2015 on the occasion of "President's Day" and on Tuesday 17 and Wednesday, February 18, 2015, for the festivities of National Carnival 2015.
