NATCOM : free health care
Saturday, November 8, as part of its monthly program "Free Health Care" The National Telecom SA (NATCOM), will settle in the department of Northeast in the commune of Ouanaminthe in the Priestly school. This medical support program for the most disadvantaged, will be offered throughout the day from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Patients will benefit of a consultation and free medicines.

Adward of the Creole poetry for Adler Jean Pierre
Sunday, the Haitian poet Jacques Adler Jean Pierre, received the award Dominique Batraville of the Creole poetry for his book "Zetwal anba wob" published by C3 Éditions. The poet Jacques Adler Jean Pierre received a certificate and a check of US $ 500 in the presence of members of the jury presided by Michelet Divers. This literary award is an initiative of the editions Pulucia in Jacmel.

Haitian Delegation to Venezuela
A Haitian delegation composed of 7 members led by Jacques Thomas, Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development and Marie Carmelle Rose Anne Auguste, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister, in charge of human rights and fighting Extreme Poverty, is in Caracas, Venezuela, from 3 to 5 November 2014. This is a meeting between senior officials of Haiti and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, to exchange ideas and share experiences on social development to eradicate poverty.

42nd Council of Government
On Wednesday, Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, will chair, his 42nd Council of Government which will focus on education. The Free Universal Schooling Program, and Mandatory (PSUGO), educational reform, vocational training, the Provisional Teaching Permit (PPE), are among others, the main themes that will be on the agenda of the 42nd Council.

Haitian Red Cross donated equipments
As part of the support to the response plan to the outbreak of Chikungunya, the Haitian Red Cross (HRC) donated to the Ministry of Health and Population, 25 fumigation devices along with other products, in the presence of Minister Dr. Florence Duperval and the Director General, Dr Georges Dubuche and others executives from the Ministry.
