Nearly 18% of escapees captured
On Tuesday, the authorities of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) announced that since the the escape occurred in the civil prison of Croix-des-Bouquets August 10 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-11795-haiti-security-329-escapees-the-government-explains-video.html 59 (17.9%) of the 329 escaped prisoners had been captured. Training seminar on the orange coffee rust
On 28 and 29 August in Thiotte will be held a training seminar on the integrated control of the orange coffee rust (Hemileia Vastatrix) and best practices for the renovation of coffee plots. This seminar is organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and the National Institute of Haiti Café (INCAH) with the support of NESTLE SA as part of the project "KOREKAFE".
