Cholera : $6.2 millions of the United Nations

A new amount of $6.2 millions has been allocated to Haiti by the UN organization to fight against the cholera epidemic. This amount comes from the Central Fund (CERF) will allow to fund mobile rapid response teams (already deployed in 2013) in the fiels of health, water, sanitation and hygiene. Recall that the total amount necessary to support the national cholera elimination plan is estimated at $40 millions for the year 2014.
