Tuesday Duckens Raphael, Deputy Director of Electricity of Haiti (EDH) announced that an agreement had been reached between the State and the E-Power electric company, one of the partners of EDH, who arrested produce electricity, since June 2013, due to an unpaid debt of EDH of nearly 60 million U.S. dollars.
