Chefs Without Borders opened a school for the poor

The Quebec Chief, originally from Madagascar, Jean-Louis Themis, Chairman and Founder of Chefs Without Borders (CSF), arrived in Haiti last week to inaugurate in Port-au-Prince, a school of basic culinary training for those without resources, in newly re-arranged premises for this purpose.
