Cholera marked improvement in 2013
Dr. Donald François, Coordinator of the program to fight against cholera, welcomed the improved results in the fight against this epidemic in Haiti for the year 2013. According to him, this year, 57.860 people were affected by the disease that caused 598 casualties, while in 2012, there were 101.482 cases of infection and 908 victims.
