iciHaïti - PNH : Arrestation d’un membre actif du Gang «Scorpion»

La police de Jacmel a arrêté cette semaine, Fernando Pascal (18 ans) membre actif du Gang « Scorpion », dirigé par Etienne Jean Charles alias « Jeneral Rafo » basé à Watapana une localité de Jacmel,
Cette opération a été menée conjointement avec le Service Départemental de la Police Judiciaire (SDPJ) et l'Unité Départementale de Maintien d'Ordre (UDMO) au niveau de la zone de Saint-Cyr.
Fernando Pascal était à bord d’une motocyclette lors de son arrestation accompagné d’un autre individu identifié comme Étienne Jean Charles qui a réussi a prendre la fuite.
La motocyclette , une arme à feu française MAS 50 (ou MAS 1950 identique au MAS 50), calibre 9 millimètres, série FG94963, 9 cartouches et un téléphone portable ont été saisis.
